Me and my husband spotted something in the night that was moving very fast then it stopped. We had stopped to watch it and then it took off. We turned the direction that it went and followed it back into Katy, still driving on Franz rd. their was a Electrical power plant along Franz rd, so we pulled in the driveway because that is where it stopped . right over the tower. We then were right under it. Me and my husband saw designs under the ship and the pretty lights on each corner.
