witness_description: I walked across Westminster Bridge, from "the Eye" toward Big Ben when above the House of Pariament, on my left, three bright orange-red balls appeared. They moved at high speed away (west) over the building. They moved "together" and twirled around each other. It lasted approx. 3 seconds when they disappeared. I was calm but stunned to see this, very, very clearly above the House of Parliament in central London
