When I was about 12 years old, we had a family reunion at our house in west Richland WA. It was about July, and very warm out side, so all of us children had to sleep outside in the yard to make room for the grownups could sleep in the house. There were 6 of us, ages 10 to 17 years out side in the yard looking up at all the stars, as it was a very clear night. When coming out of the southern sky came a very beautiful blue disk traveling in a northwestern direction. It looked to be at a high altitude, maybe 30,000 ft. All of us children ran into the house to tell our parents what we had seen, and asked them to come out and look at it. They said we were seeing things, and not to bother them. so we children went back out side to watch and talk about what we had seen. The next morning in the news paper, BIG headlines about the U.F.O., boy did that wake up the folks or what. Then it was our problem because we did not talk fast enough to get the people out side.
P.S.- I was listening to the radio last night, and they had Bud Hopkins talking about people that had encounters...
Well, I would like to tell you that my wife and I have an 8 hr. security tape from our home security system that was on from 8pm till 4am, and we have the video of this little round metallic ball that flies around in front of our home, and the comes and touches down on our front porch, then lifts off and moves over about 5or 6 ft. and lands on our driveway, just in front of our auto and lands again. Its stays in this spot for 3 hours and then lifts off and flies away. After I had looked at the rest of the tape, this thing had been to our home 4 0r 5 times that night. the only reason I got to see this thing was because the dogs around our home had started to bark very loud and then after 5 or 10 minutes they would quit, but after doing this 3 or 4 times I got up and turned on the TV monitor and seem what was going on I got my wife up to come and see what I saw just to make sure I was not dreaming. My wife asked me to go outside and see what they wanted, I said no, but you can ask them. She said no way, that she would just scare them away. So we both just watched until the went away. My wife and I have had many encounters, that I would like to tell you about but it takes time, and I only peck at this machine, but I can still talk OK., so maybe I will make a tape and send to you someday OK.
