THE REPORTER WRITES "My older brother (deceased) was driving us home on a gravel road heading east, I looked out the window and I noticed something flying over us and observing us. It was just high enough that my brother couldn't see it, so was describing it to him. There were people walking around inside - the inside was lit up. Their clothing was some type of uniform. There was no sound, no exterior lights and they were roughly going the same speed as we were. We traveled about 30 miles per hour on this gravel road and it was going right along with us. We traveled about 1 mile or two and then we turned left into an area that had allot of trees and I lost sight of them. I didn't see anything after that."
