Abstract: Ocean Beach / Point Loma San Diego California November 12, 2007 A 47 year-old man 
and his wife witnessed an unidentified flying object near Loma Beach Monday evening.  
The event occurred around 6:10 PM.  The exact shape of the object was difficult to 
determine, but eyewitnesses at the scene thought it may have been triangular in shape.  
Its size was estimated to be 30 feet across and passed overhead at an altitude of 1500 
feet.  The silent, unidentified aircraft was visible for at least 30 seconds as it 
drifted from the beach towards North Island.  The reporter stated that he could clearly 
see an orange, glowing ball without any marker lights.  The weather was "mostly clear" 
with good visibility.  Aircraft from San Diego International Airport were visible at the 
same time.  Eyewitness stated "Other aircraft from Lindbergh airport (were) in flight at the same time."
