ABSTRACT: Highly populated area on outskirks of Halifax called mixenden. My mother went outside for a smoke at the same time at my home i had the curtains open whatching the snow fall with my kids. Blue light appeared in the clouds or maybe above i cant say. Electrical items in my home flickered and lost power street lights flickered in the vicinity. Mother then called me from her home and we confirmed each others accounts. My mothers home is a small distance away around 10 minutes walking distance.
