ABSTRACT: 26 year old man from Groningen sent this report to uforc.com. The report goes as follows: The object was a "classic UFO shape; maybe a strangely formed hot air balloon." The target was seen under the cloud ceiling heading south in continuous flight at 9:45 PM. May 27, 2007. The reporter estimates that the gray disk-shaped conveyance was 15 meters across at an altitude of 250 meters, approximately 260 meters from his location. The unknown aerial vehicle remained visible for 5 minutes. Eyewitness states that he has never seen an UFO before and that this was his first report to authorities.
