TIME: 2:53 a.m.

ABSTRACT: The eyewitness reports "I was not sleeping but was on the Internet waiting for my daughter to come home when I heard a loud noise of a helicopter. I went to the window to see because sometimes there are helicopters in the area to view the BQE or the tunnel traffic, but I didn't see anything in that direction. However when I still heard the noise louder, I looked directly up & saw it! The device was the color black with white lights on each angle. I then proceeded to look in the direction of PS 27 from my window & still was able to view it until it disappeared from my sight. I know someone else who mentioned they have seen this UFO by the pier in the section of Red Hook and he was not alone." Anyone with additional information is asked to contact uforc.com
