Turkey Point nuke power plant is a power generating facility. The sightings at Turkey Point Nuclear Power Generating Plant near Homestead, Florida involved both cylindrical and triangular shaped UFOs. Here is what IPUS had to say: Earlier today, Tuesday, February 26, 2008, we received more reports of triangular shaped UFOs near Homestead and the nuclear power plant operated by Florida Power and Light. Just after receiving the additional reports of UFO sightings from the Homestead area, more reports came in from areas all along the East Coast of Florida. Shortly after that, the Turkey Point Nuclear Power Generating automatically shut down leaving millions of South Florida residents without power. Based on the reports we received and the fact that UFOs have been directly and indirectly connected to other power outages and failures throughout the years, we believe that the Florida outage was caused by the presence of UFOs. 1. As is the case with these types of UFO encounters, these mysterious objects have been seen hovering over the cooling towers of these nuclear power plants. In the process, they knock out the local municipality's electrical power.
Here is some data about the Turkey Point nuke facility: Nuclear Reactor data Turkey Point Operates at a nearly 92% capacity and PWR= Pressurized Light Water Reactor Description: The twin reactors at Turkey Point nuclear station are on a 3,300-acre site new Miami, Florida, in Dade County. Ownership: Turkey Point is owned by Florida Power & Light (FPL) Florida Power Outage Update: More UFOs, the Alleged Substation Fire and Still No Explanation for the Grid Failure According to IPUS, they have received "many additional calls and email reports" about triangular UFOs being spotted throughout Florida and as far north as Canada. One has to wonder if these unidentified aircraft are making a political statement. Is this just happenstance or is this an alien flexing its technological muscle? That may not be the case, but one thing is for certain...events like this one sticks in the minds of those residents, that are powerless to do anything about it.
