BACKGROUND: His report included information on the US Air Force project Blue Book and project Grudge. Linda Howe states that
"The GRUDGE report Cooper saw, contained about twenty-five black and white photographs of 'alien life forms' and information about them. The MAJORITY reports had no photographs, Bill said, but contained information about the government's growing concern with the alien interference on this planet." - Howe IBID page 178.
Linda Moulton Howe interveiwed Bill Cooper on several occasions. During those interviews, Bill Cooper revealed his insight into the US Militarys take on the animal mutilation phenomenon. He revealed that blood was removed from the animal without any sign of vascular collapse! This point was well noted by military experts who had investigated the animal mutilation emnigma.
In my opinion, the only way that that the vascular system of any animal would be preserved in this manner, could only be achieved through a huge release of hormone from the adrenal glands on the kidney of the affected animal. This type of mass adrenaline release would account for the preservation of the animal's vasuclar system and leave the evidence that has been well noted rapid and complete exanguination without any sign of vascular collapse.
Given the methodology that would have to be employed by the animal/human abductors would elicit fear on a such a grand scale...that it could result in this form of massive adrenaline release that was suggested by the evidence and described in the previous paragraph.
UNEARTHLY SURGICAL PRECISION
Of particular interest was the surgical precision from which organs were excised from those "animal mutilations." The evidence would suggest that the instruments that would be required to achieve this type of "pin-point" surgical precision could not have been achieved by any equipment of earthly origin.
One of the primary reasons I say this, is because the type of machinery that would be required to perform this type of laser-like surgery would fill any surgical theatre with bulky equipment requiring a tremendous amount of electrical power. Equipment of this type would take considerable time to set-up. The only possible scenario where this would be possible would be with a Chinook helicopter that was equipped with the hardware already onboard and the surgical team was in place prior to the procedure.
This procedure would be lengthy and take hours to achieve. Military experimentation would be possible under these procedures. It has been reported that the wounds or "incisions" in these types of animal mutilations could be achieved by some form of sophisticated laser and operating theater. There is one element of this mystery that cannot be adequately explained by conventional science.
It has been observed by investigators, that these incisions evident in the animal mutilation cases are not created by any known laser that is available today. The cauterization effect is well noted but there is one crucial piece of evidence that cannot be accounted for. It appears that the incisions appear to cut between the cells of the affected animal.
What I am saying that these devices must be alien because they have the capability of doing something that science has not yet achieved. I would even speculate that the instruments responsible for these animal and human mutilations cut between the molecules themselves, possibly on an atomic level. Now I suppose it would be possible that the US military may have this type of instrument in their possession. We cannot rule alien technological influences in this case.
One retired Lt. Colonel reported in THE DAY AFTER ROSWELL that there were several unusual instruments recovered from that alleged UFO crash in July 1947. One of those instruments was reported to have the ability to generate a very fine, thin beam of energy, which would certainly suggest that an instrument of that type may be responsible for the types of surgical precision that has been reported in the animal and human mutiliation cases that have been widely reported.
This does not exonerate the US military from responsibility. But according to my contact MJ-7, the military would not return any carcass to the scene of crime, but would merely take the animal and it would disappear. MJ-7 supports the hypothesis that alien contact is responsible for those animal mutilations and the evidence would support this.
