UFOs Changed Communist World History By George Filer These Files assume that extraterrestrial intelligent life not only exists, but my hypothesis is that the over one hundred UFOs reported each week represent technologically advanced spacecraft conducting surveillance of Earth. The history of the world was changed by UFOs visiting Ronald Reagan and the USSR. Aliens have frequently mentioned their fear of world destruction in their contacts with abductees and apparently worked to lessen this threat. Less than twenty years ago the world was locked in the Cold War between the US and the USSR. The two super powers could have literally destroyed the world with an exchange of thousands of nuclear weapons. 
Ronald Reagan liked to say, "God has a plan for everything." He and Nancy were expected at a casual dinner party with friends in Hollywood when they were first married and showed up a half hour later quite upset. They stated that they had seen a UFO coming down the coast. In 1974, California Governor Ronald Reagan stated, "I was in a plane last week when I looked out the window and saw this white light. It was zigzagging around." "I went up to the pilot and said, "Have you ever seen anything like that?" He was shocked and he said, "Nope." And I said to him: "Let's follow it!" "We followed it for several minutes. It was a bright white light." "We followed it to Bakersfield, and all of a sudden to our utter amazement it went straight up into the heavens." When he became President he frequently discussed UFOs with his staff, and received numerous reports on sightings, and made frequent references to UFOs in his speeches. On September 28, 1981, President Reagan received a letter from Colonel Ret. Colman VonKeviczky, Director of the International UFO Galactic Spacecraft Research and Analytic Network (ICUFON) that claimed UFOs were an intergalactic task force that will destroy earth unless world leaders band together to end their hostile actions against UFOs." Chief Military Advisor of the White House, Major General Robert Schweitzer replied, "The President is well aware of the threat you document so clearly and is doing all in his power to restore the national defense margin of safety as quickly and prudently as possible." Dated November 21, 1981. General Douglas MacArthur also spoke of "an ultimate conflict between a united human race and the sinister forces of some other planetary galaxy. On December 4, 1985, Reagan made a speech at Fallston High School in Maryland telling about his meeting in Geneva where in five hours of private conversations with Soviet Premier Gorbachev he had brought up the alien scenario: 
"I couldn’t help but - when you stop to think that we’re all God’s children, wherever we live in the world, I couldn’t help but say to him (Gorbachev) just how easy his task and mine might be if suddenly there was a threat to this world from some other species from another planet outside in the universe. We’d forget all the little local differences that we have between our countries and we would find out once and for all that we really are all human beings here on this Earth together. Well I guess we can wait for some alien race to come down and threaten us, but I think that between us we can bring about that realization." Reagan showed his perception of UFOs at the United Nations General Assembly September 21st, 1987, when he stated, "In our obsession with antagonisms of the moment, we often forget how much unites all the members of humanity. Perhaps we need some outside, universal threat to make us recognize this common bond. I occasionally think how quickly our differences worldwide would vanish if we were facing an alien threat from outside this world. And yet, I ask you," he went on, "is not an alien threat already among us? What could be more alien to universal aspirations of our peoples than war and the threat of war?" President Reagan apparently developed a plan to defeat the USSR, and Communism that he called the Evil Empire. A key part of the plan was the Strategic Defense Initiative (SDI) announced in 1983, and called the "Star Wars" defense system that could destroy Soviet missiles and probably UFOs. Reagan proposed a complex set of defensive lasers and missiles intended to shoot down Soviet IBCMs. He even offered the defense system to the Soviets. Whether inspired through his conversations with President Reagan, or through information provided by his own intelligence, Gorbachev had his own interest in UFOs. 
On February 16, 1987, in an important speech, at a conference at Grand Kremlin Palace in Moscow on the "Survival of Humanity," Gorbachev stated, "At our meeting in Geneva, the U.S. President said that if the earth faced an invasion by extraterrestrials, the United States and the Soviet Union would join forces to repel such an invasion. I shall not dispute the hypothesis, although I think it’s early yet to worry about such an intrusion. It is much more important to think about the problems that have entered in our common home." Hundreds of reports of abductions were reported in the Soviet Union, astronauts were reporting UFOs, fighters were being launched to chase them, and while rumors persist Gorbachev himself was visited by an alien and given a stern warning. One such report states: MOSCOW, USSR -- Zinaida Gavrilova had gone for a walk along a wooded path on the outskirts of the city in June 1990, when she saw directly before her a column of smoke appear. 
As the smoke dissipated the outline of a human figure appeared, which turned out to be a woman about three meters in height, with a bright light on the chest area. The woman repeated three times, "You shall go with me" At this point Zinaida lost consciousness and later came to about half an hour later, with vague memories of having gone somewhere with the giant woman. Later while under hypnosis she recalled traveling on board a UFO journeying to a distant planet. In that planet she found herself walking on a long white street, lined with numerous white structures with rods on top. The sky above was strange, seemingly illuminated by an artificial light with no solar disc evident. She is told she is on an artificial planet called "Kuili. Alexey Priyma, Valeriy Avdeev, Moscow center on Paranormal research. 
According to the "Secret KGB UFO files" TV program craft were discovered after crashing possibly after Soviet intercepts. Besides numerous abduction scenarios, UFOs were destroying key Soviet installations, and intercepts of Soviet communications indicated fighters were being launched to ward off further UFO attacks. General Igor Malsev, Chief of the General Staff for Air Defense Forces (PVO), admitted that over a hundred observations of UFOs had been reported to him, mostly by pilots, on March 21, 1990. The Soviets were very concerned about the attacks and the new threats provided by UFOs. 
In May 1990, shortly before the fall of the Soviet Union Gorbachev made a second more direct statement about UFOs."The phenomenon of UFOs does exist," he stated, "and it must be treated seriously." According to filmmaker and Russian ufologist Dr. Vladimir Avinsky, on September 13, 1990, just after midnight a Soviet radar station near Samara was attacked by a black triangular shaped UFO. It was about 50 feet in length on each leg of the triangle. A fire stated and the radar antennae seemed to melt. These extraordinary events were reported in the Red Star Military Newspaper. Dr. Avinsky provided these drawings of the attack. 
According to Timothy Good in his excellent new book "Need to Know" on September 28, 1990, cosmonauts on board the Mir Space station saw a UFO over Newfoundland. Astronaut Gennadi Manakov states,"It was a great, silvery sphere and it was iridescent at 22:51… It was much larger than a huge ship and had a regular shape, but what it was I don't know, perhaps an enormous, experimental sphere, or something else". snip Officially it is stated the Soviet Union collapsed because of economic problems, but from its beginning it always had serious financial problems and its huge oil production was coming on line. I suggest UFOs participated in the collapse of the Soviet Union to protect their interests. Boris Yeltsin came to power on June 12, 1991, and was elected president of the Russia becoming the first popularly elected president, and completing the fall of the Communist USSR and essentially ending the Cold War. 
Margaret Thatcher reminded us, " President Reagan won the Cold War without firing a shot." I feel he had help from our visitors in UFOs.
