Abstract: This case involves a teen who is reporting a C:11 that involves a time and/or memory loss. It was not the first time that they reported an encounter experience. C:8s are electromagnetic events that occur in conjunction with an encounter.  The evidence suggests that whatever it was, it was close enough to cause interference with common electrical devices at least within 200 feet of the location where the sighting occurred.

The fact that it was a light form only would imply that it was highly energized indicated by the radiation it gave off.  Finding hard, physical evidence of these cases are very rare and when they do occur and evidence is collected, their always seems to be an absence of evidence once it is handled by others.  What the physical evidence reported in this case remains unknown. Pittsburg, PA was the closest match to his case report because he wasn't clear on the actual location of the event.Here is their story.. 

The eyewitness reports "I have never witnessed anything like this in my life. This was the scariest thing that has ever happened to me. But hopefully there will be answers........."

Previous UFO Experience: when I was in Carrick I witnessed a UFO in
my backyard when I was about 9.  I swear I saw what it seems to be a grayish figure with scale like skin in my kitchen.
