Life long contacts, sightings and visitations

I have this one very persistent memory of going on a Sunday drive with my family and stopping at this spaceship house. My dad owned a 1970 black, two door, Cadillac El Dorado (with red velour interior and a moon roof) at the time. My dad would take us for Sunday drives and I would watch the roads intently as I was looking out for box turtles crossing the road. I would beg my dad to stop and pick them up so they wouldn't get ran over. Being a native Kentuckian, my dad preferred Sunday drives in the eastern portion of Kentucky. We were on a two lane county road that ran parallel with I-64 West. I always sat directly behind my dad where I could what he was seeing. I remember my dad pointing out the really neat looking 'spaceship house' that sat off away from the road in the shade of some trees. I recall my dad commenting on how much it looked like a flying saucer. I begged and pleaded with him to pull over so we could get a better look.

As I recall, my dad parked on the shoulder of the opposite side of the two lane road. His drivers' side was facing the spaceship house. My dad got out first and then he tilted the seat back and helped me exit the car. I walked along side of him (on his right side) as we walked down a small slope and then up a rising slope towards a medium sized hill. The space ship house sat just in front of the hill and under the tree boughs. I remember it being early afternoon (My mother said it was about 3pm or 4pm) when we pulled over and the time of year was late summer or early autumn. I remember my dad helping me walk up the slippery grass slope as there was no sidewalk or steps of any kind leading up to the house. As we came up on the spaceship house my dad made mention of the fact that there wasn't a front door. He told me to stay put and don't move so I put my right hand on one of the stilt like legs that supported it. It was cool to the touch and looked like brushed aluminum. Dad walked around from the left to the back and came out on my right side where he had an even more puzzled look on his face. I remember him saying "There's no back door either." My dad kept staring up and looking at the deck and round porthole boat windows that ran around the middle. There seemed to be more portal windows on the upper part while there were just a few on the lower half. I bent over to look under the elevated spaceship house. I wanted to bend down and walk under it but I didn't dare move from where my dad told me to stand. It was so smooth looking and I didn't notice any rivets or nails. My dad made a statement that I didn't understand at that time. He said "This must be one of those new solar energy homes I've heard about"  I tried to understand what he was talking about but my five year old mind didn't quite grasp the concept of solar power. He pointed out the fact that it didn't have any electrical wires running into it or gas or water lines. I could see my dad was very puzzled by the lack of doors or wires running into the home. With his curiosity and befuddlement at a peak I believe my dad knocked on the side of the oval shaped, metallic house and I distinctly remember him yelling 'HELLO' to get the occupants attention.

Then I heard a voice from above. I heard an elderly mans' voice say "Up here." Next I remember a set of stairs appearing as if from nowhere as they rolled down towards me and my dad. Then I saw a skinny arm wave from the door opening-waving us to come up. My dad held my hand as w walked up the metal stairs. A very tall and unusually skinny old man welcomed us in. He was wearing a green plaid long sleeve shirt and blue jeans. I recall his hands and fingers being very spindly. He had some hair atop his head, dark slit like eyes that seemed to sparkle and a small, smirk like smile. He was pale in complexion and gangly in overall appearance. I sensed that my dad was somewhat apprehensive but I didn't have any fear as I recall and I found the old man to be friendly with his impish smile. We seemed to be standing in a kitchen like area with a counter top that ran along the wall. And the old man offered us something to eat and drink. I don't remember my dad taking anything to eat or drink but I tried one of the black round things on the plate that looked like burnt cookies or chocolate donut holes. It was terrible tasting. It was very dry, coarse and flavorless. I wanted to get the taste and dryness out of my mouth so I reached for the large, heavy, stoneware looking cup that contained what I thought was lemonade. It was heavy and the cup was very thick walled and lacked a handle. I used both hands to drink from it and I remember it tasted very bitter and was thick like syrup or runny pancake batter. The skinny old man seemed to almost fold up as he sat back into a big high back chair. He looked funny as his legs came up to his chest. His hands were clasped together as he asked my dad questions like "What's your name?" and "Where are you from?" I recall my dad and the old man discussing the house. And the old man showing him and explaining things to him about the house but I don't recall the specifics of their conversation.

Next thing I remember is that I am lying on my left side in the fetal position on a flat surface with lights on me. Like an operating room table. It was cold and bright and the table was bare so I was curled up like a baby. I don't know what was going on but I was calm and didn't feel any fear. I lay there perfectly still as I saw a blur of a person walking around me. I can recall seeing the lower arm and hands down around his waist. The room was bright and white and I could see my dad sitting on a white bench seat that seemed to be molded into the wall. He had a blank stare on his face and didn't seem to acknowledge anything that was happening. He was just sitting there with his hands in his lap staring off into space.

All I remember next is my dad partially carrying and dragging me as he ran to the Cadillac. Then he flipped the driver seat forward and threw me into the backseat headfirst. My mother was hysterical but my sister, who was sitting in the back seat directly behind my mother, seemed unaffected or just didn't understand what was happening. To say my dad was upset would have been an understatement as he was swore out loud and putting the car into gear. My mother kept asking in a hysterical manner "WHAT HAPPENED JOE!", as she sat upon her knees in the front passenger seat. My dad was swearing out loud "THEM DAMN PEOPLE ARE WEIRD! THEY'RE RACISTS!"  My dad was screaming at me and my sister "GET DOWN! GET DOWN ON THE FLOOR!  THEY MIGHT SHOOT YOUR HEAD OFF!" My mom was getting even more excited. As I crouched down on the floor behind my dad's seat I could feel the cars' engine revving. My curiosity got the better of me and I climbed up off the floor into the seat and cautiously peaked over the top of the back seat out the window. I distinctly remember seeing two paper doll-like silhouettes backlit by a very bright white sphere shaped light. I remember my mom smacking me very hard in the back of my head and again telling me to get down on the floor. I did as I was told and covered my face up with my hands to ward off another slap (my mom recalls this also). Next I smelled smoke. Like smoke from letting off fireworks and heard the strangest sounds.

Sensing the smell of fireworks and hearing an odd sound (like that of twisting or expanding metal and some melodic tones like that of a xylophone) I slowly eased my eyes up level to the drivers' door. I expected to see fireworks since I could smell them. As I peaked over the door I saw thick white smoke swirling all around the car. I thought for a second that there had been fireworks or fire and as I looked into the smoke I saw a classic fireman holding a fire hose with water just running out as he waved and smiled directly at me. His fire truck was directly behind him in the swirling white smoke with all the lights and strobes flashing. I don't recall any more sounds after metallic sounds and tones. My family was calm now (almost like they were in a trance) and I felt safer after seeing that fireman smiling and waving at me. In kindergarten we learned that the fireman is always your friend.

Next I remember standing next to someone tall on what seemed to be a roof top as I could see all the stars around me. I could see the stars in the dark sky above me as I stood on what looked like a highly polished floor. I had the feeling we were up high like on a building rooftop. The edge of the floor and the sky seemed to touch but I felt that we were in an enclosed space that appeared open. Maybe it was just my five year old perspective but the space felt very large as I could see my family sitting in dentists' chairs off in the distance towards the edge. My mom, dad and sister were totally quiet and still as they sit in semi reclined dentist chairs. Each one of them was illuminated as if a bright spotlight was on them but I could see the stars and night sky above. I couldn't see any lighting sources. But I could see a blur of activity around my family members as they were tilted back slightly in what appeared to be dentist chairs. The blur like motion reminded me of the Tasmanian devil from the loony tunes cartoons. I was not afraid but I was concerned. I thought  What are they doing to my mommy, daddy and sister? as I watched the blur of activity around each illuminated family member. I looked up at the tall glittery grey being whose hand I was holding and asked "What are you doing to them?" She responded with out speaking "It's just a check up." I remember being very calm but curious as she held my left hand and watched the check up. The being had very dark eyes without any white in them and now she was naked but he looked like a toy or doll as she didn't have any distinguishing features or genitals. It felt more female than male. Her hand felt rubbery but soft and somewhat warm as I remembered her smiling with her small mouth. Even her eyes seemed to smiling as they sparkled. Up close there was an almost magical, glittery aura like effect around the tall old grey being. I remember her leaning forward and smiling as she told me, It's just a check up", with out moving her lips. "Maybe I'm mixing up the events because I remember only fragments." The next thing I recall is my family and I are all in the Cadillac again and my father is has a really confused look on his face as we drive through that thick swirling fog again. And it's night time. As my dad carefully and slowly drove through the fog I looked out of the drivers' side window and noticed the friendly smiling fireman holding a fire hose with his left hand and waving at me with his right hand while standing next to his shiny red fire engine with flashing strobes. We drive for what seemed like hours and my dad still seemed confused as if we were lost or something. And when we finally arrived home very late everyone seemed very agitated and exhausted. My dad carried me into the house as I kept asking "What happened?" And it seemed that everybody just went to sleep with out mentioning a word about what had happened. We all slept together in a pile in the middle of the living room floor. I felt as though my father was very upset and bothered.

The following is an attempt to, describe in detail my sightings and experiences. I will start from the most recent and work backwards to the first memory that I can recall. With an artistic background, I feel I have a very good recall of memory and detail. From an early age I've always been interested in UFOs and other left of center subjects. The following is a conscious attempt to recall all that I have seen and experienced. I have been asked to do hypnotic-regression by Donnie-Sue of the Southern Ohio Area Abduction Research group, but I feel I can go within and get whatever information I need without outside assistance (maybe in the future I'll look into it). I see UFOs weekly. Sometimes, I see them daily. I have been lucky enough to have a camera to capture a few. Furthermore, my sightings are increasing in frequency and intensity. I seem to have more and more friends, neighbors and relatives who see them.

7/22/07: During the early morning hours (2am-2:45am) on an early Saturday morning, I and my girlfriend were sitting and talking on the front porch. As we were talking I noticed what I thought to be an airplane with its headlights facing towards us, coming from the east. It was very low on the horizon. As I studied it more it seemed to resemble a very bright twinkling star. I watched with out saying a word to my girlfriend until it came to a stop and that's when I asked my gal to take a look at it. I She commented that it was an unusually bright, twinkling star and awfully low on the horizon. It appeared to be at a thousand feet or so and just a few miles away. It was most likely over the Ohio River over the Proctorville area. I then informed her that the "star" was making its way from east to west as we were talking and then stopped abruptly. When it stopped and remained still is when I decided to get the binoculars. I told her to keep an eye on it as I went inside to get the binoc's. She viewed it through the binoculars and it had red, green, blue and white light that seemed to undulate around the surface of the object. At times it seemed to resemble an upside down jellyfish replete with tentacles. It also seemed to pulsate or throb with light and energy. As we all watched it drifted upwards and back towards the way it came. I called my buddy and tried to wake one neighbor to come view it. My mother was visiting and she came out to see and she stated it was the same object she had seen in May and August of 2007. We all watched until almost 3am as it slowly drifted up and eastward

4/21/07 Barbeque with UFO sighting and pictures were taken - jets and that black orb. It was a Saturday afternoon around 4:30 pm and I was getting out of my truck and as I looked up I notice a red and white dumbbell shaped object very high up and far away. I had my family, friends and neighbors come outside and take a look. As I readied the food on the grill we viewed the object through regular and digital binoculars. It appeared as a white sphere tethered to a red sphere and it seemed to hyper jump from place to place all over the eastern part of the sky. My buddy, who is an ex-marine, remarked at all the jet activity. He said he counted at least We could plainly see the jets and their vapor trails and they flew towards the red/white dumbbell. As they approached it it would simply disappear and then reappear in another part of the sky. We all watched and were in agreement that it was indeed unusual. I noticed a very dark sphere shaped object hovering close by. It had a hazy distortion all about it. My buddy and neighbor also noticed this hovering black orb that was about fifteen to twenty yards away from us. It was stationary at first but when we looked towards it would zip away. It almost seemed to move in response to my being aware of it. It moved and hovered like a bumble bee but even faster. It would appear over the parking lot next to my house and as I brought it to the attention of the people standing near me it would dart away and disappear leaving a streak (visual after image due to its rapid departure) as it left. My buddy took several good photos of the red/white object high in the sky but the dark, hovering orb was much too elusive even though it was closer.

4/03/07: A strange storm and an interesting visitor. A large electrical storm moved into the area around 9:30pm that evening. Shortly after we arrived home the power started to dim down as if there was a drain on the grid. They lights also flickered and the bigger appliances were off. When all the power finally went out and it was pitch black I went outside to sit on the porch (had a feeling). I was shaking my rechargeable, flash light and flicked my flashlight just to see if it worked and three glowing orange, gold orbs (beach ball sized) flashed back at me from across the street and railroad tracks from a tall tree. I was shocked so I deliberately point the flash light at where they had been and flashed the light three times. They turned on and off-flashing back at me in sequential order. I yelled for my girlfriend to come out and see this but she didn't respond. I flashed my light three more times at the tree where I had just seen them and they responded the same way. The top one blinked on then out, the second one in the middle and then the one near the bottom left. It became very quiet and no traffic passed on my street and across the rail tracks I saw what looked like a swirling whirlpool of cloud, water and lightening bolts. It glided to my front steps just under my awning. It had the movements of a Frisbee as it glided and staggered (like in a crosswind) from over the tracks, the street and then to my steps. I was standing but couldn't move as I gazed down at this whirlpool or vortex. Slowly a glowing purple skinned female rose up, head first, from inside the whirlpool. She had large one piece eyes but they were a bright violet hue and she had a glowing yellowish orange diamond in her forehead. I could see all of her from the waist up. She extended her arms and opened her mouth and then starting spinning around me like a ballerina doing pirouettes. All the time I was excited but not fearful. I could only move my eyes. I remember a flash of light and crack of thunder and she simply was gone. My girlfriend came outside and seemed out of sorts like as if she was drunk ( I was very agitated with her) and I tried to repeat the interaction with the orbs and my flashlight for her but nothing happened.

4/08/07 Sighting in Altizer of an aqua blue light shaped like an inverted dog food bowl. I was going to the store to get something sweet for my girlfriend. It was Sunday evening and it was a little after nine in the evening. As I drove to the convenience store I felt compelled to return to that parking lot in Altizer where I had several sightings back I February. I felt drawn back to this same location. As I arrived, I noticed a bright aqua blue light. It reminded me of a sailors' cap or an upside down dog food bowl. It was just in front of and above the ridge known as Hillview. I got out, said hello to my friend, and proceeded to take six photographs of the glowing object. I stared for a while longer as I tried to get a response by thinking towards it and mentally saying "HELLO." But to no avail. I gazed a little longer and then mentally said "Good Bye." I excitedly but calmly returned home. I then told her about the aqua blue object and had my girlfriend returned with me. As we crossed the bridge over the Guyandotte River my girlfriend noticed a bright light with a bluish tinge. I looked and saw it just as it winked out. My girlfriend excitedly exclaimed, "DID YOU SEE THAT!" I said yes as I scanned around the area looking for the light. She excitedly remarked how it just went out as we drove toward our destination. As we came to a stop at the end of the bridge the lighted object suddenly reappeared over the ridge to our right. My girlfriend was very much surprised to see something just disappear to then reappear a short distance away. We arrived at the parking lot and faced the ridge where the object hovered. We both tried thinking toward it to get a response as well as flashing a flashlight at it. The object was now descending into the tree tops on the ridge as we viewed through binoculars. We watched for at least fifteen to twenty minutes as it got lower and lower into the tree tops. We moved around several time. We could barely see it as it seemed to settle into or just beyond the tree line. We stayed a while longer hoping it would rise up but it never did. However, we both agreed that it was a bright luminous sailor hat shaped object with no sound.

4/05/07: My buddy and Mike were going fishing at Dickson Dam and noticed a strange silent airplane sitting motionless over the golf course. I and my best friend Mike went fishing Tuesday morning around 11am and we were having a conversation about all the unusual stuff we had seen in the skies recently and I mentioned "Like that plane over there." We had just crossed the railroad tracks where Route 75 and 52 meet. I pointed to an odd looking dark gray plane that was about 60 to 80 feet off the ground and just to the right and somewhat lower to the golf club house that sat on the hill. It was to our right as we traveled along Route 52 in Wayne County and on the other side of twelve pole creek. Mike took exceptionable notice to it and stated "IT'S NOT MOVING!" I looked as I tried to drive also and the plane seemed to almost rotate. It didn't look right, the tail seemed way out of proportion, like it was too tall. It also seemed very thin and lacked any markings or FAA lights. It was a dark metal gray like that of a stealth fighter but with out all the hard angles. I quickly found an open parking lot next to a church and we pulled into it. I parked facing towards the funny looking plane. As we got a better look at it with the window down it glided away without making a sound. We both thought it very strange as well as the timing of its' appearance in regard to our conversation.

4/02/07: I was outside on my front porch and putting on my old shoes when I looked up and saw a cylinder shaped object glide smoothly through the air. I laughed in amazement as I had just been thinking about all the sightings I have had recently. It was quickly followed by another just like the first heading from south east to north east. I got my disposable camera in hopes of capturing them both on film. They were very high up and far away. Another just like the first two appeared and was flying in a somewhat intersecting route. It flew from northwest to northeast. I took photographs of that also but with a pair of digital binoculars which turned out to have dead batteries.

Also, while cutting the grass I noticed what I thought was an EXTREMELY large bumble bee flying slightly to the east and above my house about ten to fifteen feet. It was hovering, buzzing and zipping around just above my house at around 2:30pm. It looked to be the size of a softball, pitch black and noiseless. I said to my self, That's not a bumble bee! And then it zipped away so fast that I was unable to follow it with my eyes. I again relocated it way up high atop the power lines across the street. It was the same black ball with the erratic flight pattern of a bumble bee. I said to myself ," I see you-You AREN'T a bee!" It again zipped away so fast I couldn't track it.

3/28/07: My girlfriend and I saw a streaking light fly from east to west over downtown Huntington at an angle and quickly fade out or "burn out." I and my girlfriend were on 8th street and 3rd avenue and while at the stop light, facing south at about 8:20pm I first noticed a streaking light. I quickly brought it the attention of my girlfriend next to me and said "LOOK! LOOK!" I pointed at an oval/football white light about the size of a small car streak low over the city under the cloud cover. It didn't make a sound. It was a warm night and hand just rained earlier. She quickly noticed it also as we both followed it with our eyes and hands as we pointed at it together. It seemed to fade or burn out as I made a right turn towards the west on 3rd avenue, then a right onto 7th street and the beck on 4th avenue headed east. We then were somewhat excited together and as we turned right on to 8th street and towards the Chinese restaurant on 6th avenue we heard and saw a strange helicopter flying from our right to left or from west to east. We just went on to the Chinese restaurant, somewhat confused and yet excited. We agreed that it was strange.

3/16/07: At approximately 10:15am, I saw a bright yellowish, orange football shaped light pulse over western Ironton in Ohio. It was cloudy and raining as I was driving towards the most westerly exit of Ironton, I noticed this bright yellowish orange football shaped light in a horizontal position, low over the most westerly part of Ironton, to the south of the McDonalds' arch I pulled off the second exit, turned left toward the Ironton Hills mall and proceeded to the nearest portion of the mall that would allow me an unobstructed view of the town below me. I thought about getting the attention of the nearest person to me who was a man smoking a cigarette alone. I let him be due to the nature of this situation as he might think I was mentally ill. I kept my mind on the task at hand: to get a good photo. I took two photos, one on the horizontal axis and the second on the vertical. I viewed the object through the viewfinder when I took the pictures as I sat in my truck facing the south. Nothing showed up the photos after they were developed but I saw it with mine own eyes. I went back to the same exact area at the Ironton Hills mall (about 11:30am), after my appointment, and I could not find what I had seen before. However, I took a third photo of the same area but of course nothing appeared on film.

3/8/07: Last Thursday afternoon around 2:30pm I went out to the garage to get some liquid nails. When I exited the garage a barrage of high flying jets caught my attention. I noticed a group of three coming out of the southeast and three more in formation flying in from the southwest. I also notice a few more very high up jets that were almost as large as a passenger jet but they all were flying in intersecting paths. The sky looked very crowded to say the least. I wondered to myself: what in the heck are all those jets doing up there and flying in the same direction. Their contrails were highly visible. I live in a small town of less than fifty thousand people and there aren't any military bases nearby for hundreds of miles. In fact we have only one very small local airport and the bigger airport is an hour away Charleston. I looked ahead of the planes towards the north east and I was very surprised to see a very quickly moving silver cylinder shaped object. It was much lower in altitude than the jets (about half their height). I would not have noticed it if it weren't for the reflection that it threw off. It was glinting in the sunshine and traveling in a straight line fashion as it remained horizontal. It was blunted on both ends and the underside was in shadow. I couldn't see a tail, wings, or contrail but it had a very dark (almost like a black void) band that encircled the middle. I ran into my house to get my digital camera binoculars and rushed back out. I scanned the sky in the direction of where I had last seen the cylinder but could find nothing but the high altitude jets flying over the area where I had last seen the object. I took pictures of at least three different types of military jets including very high altitude jet fighters (fifty thousand feet or more), medium/large passenger type jets (around thirty thousand feet) and what appeared to be a white cargo type plane (about ten to fifteen thousand feet). I also saw a white and orange helicopter that flew in from the east, circled the entire town, and then flew out toward the west. The sky was very congested with as many as twelve aircraft flying high over this small town. I called my best friend Mike (an ex marine and Gulf War veteran) to come outside and when he saw the number of jets flying in pairs and in groups of threes and singly he thought it was a bit unusual for such a small town. An hour later the sky was clear. However, I took quite a few photographs with the digital camera binoc's.

3/2/07: It was about 12:45 am and I had just awoken from sleeping and couldn't fall back asleep. I and my girlfriend had just gone to bed around 10:30pm. I wanted to get some much needed rest but I was wide awake as I lied there on my left side facing the clock. When I closed my eyes images would appear and were being flashed on the inside of my eye lids for a split second at a time. I remember seeing the diamond shaped, shaped craft - along with schematics out to the left of it. I saw strange alien faces, light forms and craft zipping about in flash card format on the back side of my eye lids. I was completely awake.

I felt compelled to go look out the bathroom window and when I did I noticed a bright red (steady brightness) light. It looked like an upside down Dixie cup. There was a bright white strobe light underneath the red light. There was some discernable space in between the two lights but nothing could be seen. I felt that the shape should have been visible, at least a hint as to what it could be, when the brighter white strobe flashed. It hovered motionlessly while I peered out the bathroom window and thought to it.  I see you there. There wasn't a sound other than a gusty breeze and the sky was mostly cloudy. I went back to the bedroom to get my girlfriend. I asked her, "Wanna' see something cool?" She said "yes." And after locating her glasses she peered out to see the same red, upside down, Dixie cup shaped light. It had drifted away just a little but was still moving much to slow to be a helicopter. She stated that she couldn't hear any kind of sound. It was a somewhat creepy and gave me the feeling as if I were being watched back. I estimated it to have been less than five hundred feet up and maybe three to four hundred yards away. I got the phone and called my neighbor who tried to locate it with his night vision binoculars. He had a difficult time trying to get in into the field of view of his binoc's but could easily see it with his unaided eyes. As we all three watched, it drifted further towards the south east in a very direct and straight path and seemed to rest atop a tree covered ridge just to the side of the I-64 highway. It never gained altitude nor wavered. My neighbor couldn't hear a sound either. Other than our voices and a strong, gusty wind there was nothing but an eerie silence.

My girlfriend stated, "That's what I saw earlier." She said at approximately 8:30pm she went outside in the front of the house and saw what she thought was a helicopter. She said that it got her attention because of the strobe and as she looked at it and wondered what it could be, as it made no sound, she said it backed away and went into a big cloud bank to the south west above the house. It never came out of the cloud bank. This is when she came in and told me. I did not want to go out and look as I already had seen enough but I thought she had misidentified the Healthnet chopper located at Cabell Huntington Hospital. However, as we studied it from our bathroom window she was adamant that it was the same thing she had seen earlier.

Earlier that Friday evening, around 6:30pm I went outside where I conversed with the security guard whom shared the 2/23/07 sighting the previous week. I was having a rough time at work with my head aching and my stomach was in knots. I felt somewhat better as I stood and chatted with my friend. I asked him how he and his family were doing-he commented that all was fine. I mentioned how lucky he was that all he got from the auto accident was a broke nose and bruised face. "Somebody is looking out for you", I told him and he just smiled at me as if he already knew. We could see the sun setting on the horizon and he mentioned how beautiful it was and I agreed. It was mostly cloudy with strong, gusty winds and as we talked I glanced up at the huge dark cloud that hung low over the parking lot. I noticed a bright twinkle of light shine at me from that big dark cloud over us. I giggled a little bit and mentioned to him what I had just seen almost directly above our heads. Another coworker was standing close to us being somewhat annoying with his passing of gas and blatant eavesdropping. I ignored him. I asked the security guard if he had any Native American blood and he informed me that he was part Blackfoot. I smiled and told him that that was good and "if anything happens, you'll be alright." I don't why I said that but I felt it was the truth. We all three stared at the big dark cloud over head as we stood in the gusty wind. When I returned from break I again had problems with logging into the system and I was annoyed by all the static electricity that was around me. My stomach was in knots and my head throbbed.

On our next break I took my jacket and binoc's and left my job permanently. My buddy Mike was waiting in my truck at the far end of the parking lot. I had him keep my truck so he could watch the sky and take photos of anything that might appear. I was glad to seem there waiting as I had already made up my mind to leave work. I felt I was drawn there to meet and help some people not to make collection calls. As I walked towards the truck I kept saying "How may I serve thee LORD, I want to serve thee over and over again until I made it to the truck. I don't really know why I was saying it but it seemed like the right thing to do.

3/01/07: I was having problems that Thursday at work with logging into the system. When ever I typed anything it seemed to come out jumbled or backwards as if I were becoming dyslexic. My constant headaches and irritability were making it almost impossible for me to focus on work. It was a cloudy evening and consequentially I could not see anything when I went outside on my breaks. My supervisor was concerned about me because I was having so much trouble with the computers and I ended up staying after midnight trying to finish. She is a very nice person and wanted to know why I was having so much trouble that evening. I told her that she would not believe me if I told her but I told her anyway. She suggested getting some professional help and I told her I have in the past but it was no help at all. The last therapist stated "I think you've let the Devil into your home!" A psychologist at Prestera was honest and said he believed me and that I have had some highly unusual experiences but he was in no way, shape or form able to help me. It was outside his experience. My first attempt for help was when I was a sophomore at Marshall University and the young grad student in psychology said I was seeing strange lights in the sky and that I was "Manic Depressive."  She wanted to prescribe me some medicine.

As I left work, I noticed my truck was one of the last few vehicles left in the parking lot. My head ached, my stomach upset and I was exhausted as I walked to my truck. I was somewhat pleased to see that the sky had cleared up and all the stars were visible. Just before reaching my truck I looked up to notice one bright star. I watched it for a few seconds and I got that feeling as if it were looking back at me. It appeared as a greenish blue orb of twinkling light and then with out warning I saw a smaller red orb dart out from behind it or maybe it was ejected from it towards my right. The red orb appeared to disappear a very short distance away from the green orb. A second or two later I saw a shooting star like light appear a short distance, at an angle, in front of the green orb and then disappear underneath or slightly behind it. I calmly took out the night vision digital camera binoculars, turned it on, then checked to see it was on and then located the green orb which seemed to be vibrating with a white grid overlain on it. I calmly took six photos and listened for the beep as I took them (to ensure I was indeed taking them). And then I got into my truck. I intended to drive down the road next to the train tracks to get a better vantage point and away from the street lamps.

I noticed the security guard, whom was with me on March 23, walking down the steps of his home on my right. I honked to get his attention and he came over towards the truck and I spoke to him through the open window. I told him that I had just seen something above the parking lot a few minutes earlier and asked if he had seen anything. He replied "no." and told me that he had just left the hospital where his girlfriend, her mom and her daughter were in the hospital with serious injuries. One of them had a broken back and broken arm as I recall. He was driving and had gotten away with only a bruised check and broken nose but his truck was totaled. I felt very badly for him but was hopeful that nobody was critically injured and that he was walking around just fine. I was holding up traffic on the road where were talking so I said goodnight and hoped that best for his family. Saddened by the news of the accident I went on home without sky watching anymore that night.

3/27/07: I had started to mention to the security guard about the sighting I and three other coworkers had on Tuesday night, March 27th, at about 8:10pm. Two coworkers had joined me to sky watch on our thirty minute break. I immediately located an unusually bright star that pulsed. It was a luminous green orb very high up. It seemed to bounce around vibrate against the binoc's. I passed the binoculars to a female coworker so she could have a better look while I and a male coworker (whom I've known before working together) watched. She said it was a like "a green ball just zipping around." Another curious asked "Just a UFO." He was on his cell phone when he started to say "Oh, you all are just looking at a plane or a star." Then he grew silent as he watched with us as the orb pulsed brightly and then moved away in a sweeping arc and slowly descended downwards in a deliberate manner. A large ridgeline was in our direct line of view and we lost sight of it as it dropped out of sight. All were in agreement that it was not a plane, nor a star. I was very much glad to have three others with me, in particular the doubter

Even the doubter suddenly changed his mind.

2/23/07:I had a witness this time. Tonight at work at approximately 8:15pm, I saw the same cone like object from Altizer, as it hovered over the Proctorville area. As soon as I came outside, I immediately located the luminous object. It was a bit higher in the sky and somewhat closer (approx. 20 degrees) above the horizon. I motioned the security guard to come over. I pointed it out to him and told him it was the same object I had seen the previous evening at approx. the same time. We were looking towards the north. We stood together and watched the object as it hovered and slowly moved eastward (almost drifting like a balloon) around the hillside and dipped out of view. It was in view for approx two to three minutes. We both agreed it wasn't a star or a plane (the sky was very clear w /a few planes high up). We both watched it together for approx. two to three minutes before it drifted east and dipped downwards. The guard said it seem to be over RT. 775 in Ohio.

2/22/07: At approximately 8:32 PM EST, I Immediately noticed a top like or an upside down teardrop shaped fiery, orange light towards the North. I was standing in East Huntington area, Altizer to be exact. I was leaving my work place for a 30 minute lunch break and I immediately noticed the glowing orange object and I said to myself "That's a weird and unusually bright star to be so low in the sky. I estimated it to be approximately 10 degrees above the horizon. From my vantage point in the parking lot it seemed to be across the Ohio river over southern Ohio and in The Proctorville or Scottown (if it was further North) area. I walked to the furthest end of the parking lot (away from the bright street lights and light washout) to get a better look. It seemed to be at least 3 miles away or maybe 5 miles away over Proctorville. I kept studying it, as it was an unusual orangey fire color and seem to undulate. All the time I remained reserved in my opinion as it seemed to grow and shrink or maybe even pulsate. From the East, a small plane was coming in and going toward the West (possibly towards the Chesapeake airport [a very small landing strip] in southern Ohio). I could easily see the red blinking FAA light on the left wing as it traveled from East to West or from my right to left, as I looked north. As the airplane flew from East to West, from my right to left direction), it went directly underneath the orange, glowing object and the object shrank to a small point of light. After the plane had passed under the object, it enlarged and brightened again and appeared as an undulating, flaming top. This is when I began to lose my reservations that it was just a low or rising star. I continued to watch it and noted that the sky was clear with visible stars and the crescent half moon but the exception of some moderately quick moving clouds coming from the West. It was a very breezy also. I watched until the Object dimmed down its intensity and blinked out in two or three seconds. It seemed to collapse into itself as it disappeared. I walked some more, scanning the sky to try to relocate it but I never saw it again. In comparison the red blinking FAA seemed like a speck in the sky. I searched for it again during my second break at 10:30PM, as I was leaving my job after midnight and again when I arrived at home a short distance away. This is my fourth sighting and I have felt very 'keyed up.'

12/29/99: While taking an evening walk with my dog, I noticed a large rounded light approach low in the sky. I first thought that it was the medi-vac helicopter that can be seen on a daily basis but as it got closer no discernible noise could be heard. I walked up the street where the trees would not block my view and I stood still - waiting for it to pass directly over me. I noted, that compared to the western horizon and the hills and low mountains in the east that it may have been at 1500 feet or less and was no more than a mile away. The degree of angle may have been 30 to 35. Sky was clear and the moon was brightly waning. It became larger as it approached (size of a penny held at arm's length). By now it looked more like a slow moving, pinkish star low in the sky-complete with radiating striations. Then before it got over head, it just simply blinked out. it never made a sound. Other identifiable craft could be seen flying at much higher, safer altitudes (silhouetted against the sky w/red, green & white strobes on them). But none of them were like this fallen star like object. In addition I could see a thick dark contrail where the object had been before it winked out.

4/7/99: While walking my dog on 14th street and Primrose Avenue at approximately 11:45pm. I had just spoken to my friend Kirk who was visiting his mother around the corner from my house. I noticed a brilliantly strobbing diamond shaped craft and I turned to shout to Kirk to look at what I was seeing. But the last thing I saw was his cars' tail lights rounding the corner. I immediately returned my attention to the flaming crystal diamond in the sky. It was spectacular and amazing; it had the brilliance of a welder's arc and it was surrounded by a bluish green flame like corona. It reminded me of the flames on a gas burning stove. I could clearly see it rotating in a counter clockwise manner. It was amazingly beautiful as it appeared much like to crystalline pyramids attached at the bases. The strobbing, white light emanated from with in. It was a clear and somewhat breezy night and I recall I could the stars very clearly but I didn't notice moon anywhere. My dog was doing her business on Mr. Bass' front lawn and I looked away out of respect and that when it grabbed my attention. I said to myself  "AHAH! I SEEEEE YOU!" I told myself to remember every detail that I could. I stomped my feet into the soft ground (without looking away) so I could relocate my exact position at a later time. And I raise my arm up so I could get a rough triangulation of the diamond. I estimated that it was between thirty and thirty-five degrees above the ground and perhaps three to five miles away. It seemed like minutes had passed but I saw it for less than 10 seconds. My heart felt as though it were overflowing with joy, love and excitement. I was elated. and As I watched in amazement, I did something I had been thinking about doing if I ever got this opportunity again. I thought to it. I thought as I stared in awe, "Who are you... "What are you doing here?........... "Why won't you speak to me?" And just like someone whacking me in the back of my head with a baseball bat I heard a clear and distinct message: "NO..NOT NOW."  I cannot describe a voice or any other qualities of it other than the message itself. It reminded me of how a parent might talk to a child. Not angry but stern. Then in less than a blink of an eye it sent a solid column of light directly to the ground and then it imploded. Much like when one turns off a television: and all the light rushes to the center of the screen.

I extended my walk for almost an hour as I tried to relocate it again. I scanned the sky until my neck was sore. To no avail-I could not find it. I felt very good, ecstatic even. This blessed out feeling stayed with me for three days. I felt like going and sitting on a mountain top and going to a church. At the risk of sounding delusional, I felt very special. I had more than a sighting-I had gotten a response.

1/27/98: It was a Wednesday (as was my 4/07/99) morning at approximately 6:45am and I was walking my dog and just had dropped off some bills in the mailbox. Being it January and winter the sky was very clear and dawn was making it appearance as a slight blue sliver low on the eastern horizon. I was walking back home with my dog and I was planning to study a while before my 8am Spanish class at Marshall University. All of a sudden, rising rapidly and passing behind or through low clouds, I was shocked to see a huge, fluorescent green sphere or ball of light. It was as big as a quarter held at arms' length. It seemed to follow the curvature of the earth and at one point it was almost directly overhead at a near twelve O'clock position. Houses were in my direct line of sight so I had to back peddle, dragging my dog, into the street where I could have an unobstructed view. It was totally silent and I glanced around to see if a paper delivery person or anybody might be outside this early-I was alone. I wanted someone else to verify it with me. I watched it as it faded out high over Ohio. I remember trying to process what I was looking at and asking myself: What is that? and then during and immediately afterwards I kept saying to myself That can't be what I think it is! It can't be! They don't exist! I remember feeling sick to my stomach and wanting to go hide. I felt as though I wasn't supposed to have seen it. It was almost lime green or chartreuse with fuzzy edges and a whitish center faster than anything I had ever seen and completely silent as it traveled upwards and then in an arc like path from one horizon to the other in less than 10 seconds. I was stunned. I called the local airport and tried to explain to them what I had seen but they didn't seem interested.

1975: This old memory seemed more like fragments of an old dream until my mother verified it. I recall standing outside in front of Ralph's Foodfair as me and mother waited for a cab to takes us and our groceries home. I was about five years old and I remember pointing up into the clear blue sky over the parking lot and asking my mom. "Mommy what is that?" I was holding her right hand with my left as we looked upwards. Cabell Huntington Hospital was diagonally across the street (to our left) from us as we faced south. My mom said "I think it's a satellite or something." She didn't seem too interested but I continued to watch it tumble slowly-end over end. I thought it was neat and I was curious as to what it was. I remember the sun glinting off the top and as it slowly rotated or tumbled. I called my mother about two weeks ago (Feb 25) and started to inform her of this old memory when she recalled it as well. However, she recalled it as a saucer and to me it reminded me of an unpainted aluminum pop can.
