Hi, I've noticed some photos from Rense.com e.g. the Dec-2006 photos of Lynn, MA ( http://www.rense.com/general74/bright.htm ) which I found very interesting, but I think some of the commentary on the Rense page is off. It looks like an oval/egg shaped UFO (one of the common configurations seen near ground). The blue/UV "glowing" areas, are most probably the ionized air around the craft. According to NASA engineer Paul Hill UFOs ionizing radiation is a secondary effect of the force-field and so the illuminated "plasma sheath" changes according to the maneuvre. [Consider this: The ionization of gases surrounding a generated field is only one of the possible by-products that this type of vehicle could produce. The dopplerization of these free particles would produce other forms of energy as well. One possible byproduct would be microwaves and it is believed (by some) that it is this type of ray that produces the crop circle. -ED] Because of the difficultly of creating plasmas at atmospheric density and temperature and other observations such as the luminosity of reported submarine UFOs, the sudden appearance of "mist" when UFOs startup in high-humidity environment etc, it seems that UFOs create an area of lower atmospheric density near their surface, i.e. "push the air away", which also seems to be the case here: I include more detail in some new webpages I've created: http://www.hyper.net/ufo/overview.html http://www.hyper.net/ufo/occupants.html I've also done a short-list of the better videos / documentaries http://www.hyper.net/ufo/video-footage.html http://www.hyper.net/ufo/video-documentaries.html Feel free to copy / share / remix or link to any of my work.
